Sarah's calm demeanor and respect for both owners and their "best friends" combine with experience to make results that last beyond her training sessions. I had a golden retriever who had trouble with house training (maybe she thought she was outside when she was at our floor-to-ceiling windows since that's where she always would go). I not only had results, but I've since applied what I learned to a new puppy! If I have another pooch problem, I'll go to Sarah sooner rather than later next time.
