A long way from home June 24A pure bred Saluki brought to a Carlsbad, California animal shelter last week has an implanted microchip that was sold to the U.S. Military Training Mission, headquartered in Riyadh. The neutered male dog was found about 30 miles north of San Diego. So far animal services has not been able to track down the owner.
